  1. I really don't get it, a system held in place by the citizens as well. Can't this type of checkpoints be addressed at a town meeting or something?
I fully understand this is a big way, to generate revenue!
Doing a field sobriety test like that would kill me! Blood pressure through the roof!
    Wow, that 'Hokey Pokey' again!
Great job holding your government employees all accountable

  2. POLICE STATE IN ACTION. I would like to know the cost to arrest ratio. How much was spent to arrest how many people. All for our protection and safety. Another chip in the wall of our freedoms.

  3. Hawthorne CA !!!! Thats my neighborhood and they are law breaking dick heads that dont know how not break citizens rights by saying stupid shit like that one sergeant telling that civilian to move across the street when he was clearly safe on the sidewalk!!!! This is there way of making money through HARRASMENT plain and simple….. We should protest that DEPARTMENT for reform… And TORRANCE PD AND REDONDO PD!!!! SOMEONE TEACH THESE IDIOT'S PROPER POLICE PROCEDURES AND WHAT CONSTITUTES VIOLATING A CITIZENS CIVIL RIGHTS BECAUSE THE DO IT TO OFTEN.

  4. Would you believe that DUI checkpoints would be more constitutional if the police were not allowed to slow down a car, but just watch from the sides of the road until they see someone that they wish to pull over kind of like a speed trap?
