Endangered Missing Person Simon “Abdul” Kioko Jr from the 15th District

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person Simon Kioko. Simon was last seen  April 17, 2026, at 12:30am, on the 46xx block of Horrocks St.

Simon is 25 years-of-age, 5’10″, 135lbs, black hair, black eyes, and was last seen wearing a  white t-shirt, blue jeans, white socks, and black sliders.
