The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in the following Homicide:
On April 6, 2026, at approximately 4:40 pm, two men became involved in an altercation inside a store on the 4000 block of Market Street. One of the men shot and killed the other. The offender then escaped on a motorized scooter and was last seen in the area of 4100 Aspen Street. Surveillance cameras in the area captured the shooting and several images of the offender.
***A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.***
- Suspect Description: Black male, 40’s, thin build, mustache, last seen wearing a black “Guess” hooded jacket, distressed blue jeans, black Nike Air Max Goadomes boots, white head phones…known to frequent the area of 40th & Market Streets.
