This is infuriating — This is a CRIMINAL MATTER…. yes, it is also a civil matter ,but there is NOTHING stopping law enforcement or the state attorney from prosecuting this person. There are many legal actions that are both criminal and civil, and this is one of them. Unfortunately, most Police and state attorneys are just too lazy to prosecute this type of criminal fraud and trespass.
