An intoxicated Florida man was arrested after he crashed into a fire hydrant and threatened a police officer June 1. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the driver, Frank Clement Junior, admitted to drinking and was charged with DUI, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and reckless driving.
