Straight up an attempted execution. There was no reason to use lethal force at that point, except for being an unprofessional officer with no self-control.

I feel like based on this video, most of the police couldn't have cared less if the person was alive or not. I am all for officer safety but this seemed heartless

Looks like a pretty questionable shoot to me. He might have been a threat before but he wasn't a threat at that moment. It looked a lot like an execution to me. He even asked his cop buddy to move out of the way first before he unloaded.
