  1. That's not right, at least she only has to do 5 years, I think the evidence had been tampered with, if the police actually gave a flying fk, they would have gotten her evidence to a locked facility and stored them properly, she wouldn't be doing 5 years

  2. Wow I believe this. This happens far to often date rape drug. She should get herself fully medically checked to check what she was on. Poor girl. Thank God for doctors who saw her bruising. I pray the truth comes out. They should test for drugs not only alcohol. Why didn’t the doctors check this straight away? I pray for the truth

  3. BULLSHIT.

She was still drunk 7 hours after the crash.
She is just claiming that she was drugged so that she's not legally responsible for killing someone.

  4. POLICE PIGS ARE NEVER HELD RESPONSIBLE ACCOUNTABLE POLICE PIGS AND HIGHER AUTHORITY ALLOWING AND HELPING POLICE PIGS COMMIT CRIMES AND COVER UP FOR POLICE PIGS CRIMES MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

  5. It happens though. Happened to my son and his friends at a certain bar here in Norfolk, Va. Talked to a friend later on and she said it happened to her at a bar, too. Scary thought 😞😞😞

  6. Listen here. I've served on a criminal trial jury – you do NOT let people push you into a guilty or not guilty verdict that is no fucking excuse. You stand your gawd damn ground.

  7. Something definitely seems fishy about this. I don't think it's as simple as being drunk and driving. Especially considering that her blood alcohol level was just barely over the legal limit. I'm pretty sure the legal limit is equivalent to only one drink an hour. That doesn't seem like enough to be so Blitz that you would drive the wrong way on the highway. If I only drink one beverage an hour I literally don't even get a buzz…. Not to mention the way they handled the blood and the detective reviewing the case not even knowing what a damn cervix is!!

  8. I can't believe so many people are being so harsh on this woman.

What a bunch of close-minded individuals.

I guarantee you'd all be way more empathetic if this happened to someone dear to you.

How can anyone here possibly know if she was unfit to drive when she got in the car?

They said she was barely over the legal limit, but I can bet you all have met coworkers after work, been on a date, met family for dinner and more than likely been a bit tipsy.

Well, 0.85 is a little tipsy, that's it. She, like most of us, probably drove home more than once being a little tipsy.

That does not mean you are unfit to drive that night and it sure as hell doesn't guarantee a car crash with dead bodies.

Not sure if you are all just uninformed or uneducated millenials that have been conditioned to think you have the right and power to pass swift judgment without knowing the facts of the case but geez, pls conduct some research before unleashing on anyone in this type of situation.

I firmly believe that if this happened to someone dear to you, you would all be singing a different tune.

    The End

  9. On my way to school for finals I stopped at Dennys in Tucson, AZ for some coffee and fries. I was one of two patrons there. The waiter came over with a free glass of cola when he took my order. Halfway done I felt strange and couldnt stand up. I grabbed onto the benches to go and pay and the last thing I remembered was shutting my car door. I woke up twelve hours later. The hospital said I should have driven there..WTF? There was no way for me to get tested for anything now. I dont drink and drive anywhere but if I had gone to the hospital I sure as hell would have taken a bunch of people out on the road. Fortunately at that point I would not have been able to make it out of the parking lot. When I reported this to Dennys they told me…Yeah we heard that before, the staff gets bored…Since I had no proof of any drugs in my body there wasnt anything I could do.
