dont got alot of sympathy for a piece of human excrement who is obviously on drugs, cant control herself and bites EMS. She can go to jail and get evaluated there.
That cop was waiting for any excuse to go hands on!! You could tell he wanted it so so bad. Get rid of guys like him. She was in the wrong but he made it worse doing what he did
Finding someone passed out, why isn't the first impulse to get an ambulance?
We're taking her to the hospital because she is possibly mentally ill. Now we are mad at you for being mentally ill so we're going to throw you out into a cage and not have you medically examined. And nobody considered she might have a physical issue going on. You had one job, Earl. Coincidentally, if she were well enough to go to jail then she was also well enough to go home when they first woke her up and she said she wanted to go home. Think about that for a minute.
If she was a skinny, attractive woman they wouldn't have treated her that way. Guaranteed
That paramedic at 8:35 was just short of hitting her with his hands. That was clearly battery. Think about it if they are forcing her to go because she is mental then he is abusing someone not in the right mind. Perhaps a vulnerable adult. If they are taking her for any other reason then they are kidnapping because if she is of sound mind and body they cannot take her. But he was taking her simply because she didn't answer the questions to prove that she is coherent. It was pretty apparent that the officer didn't like her due to his prior interactions and came into this with a jaded attitude.
30:34 I think this is the only time I've had such a massive disagreement south your rating. If she had kicked me that many times I'd have lost it too. She deserved much worse than she got. If someone was really in distress, they would be despondent, not aggressive.
An F is a bit too much. Wtf
Nothing that woman said or did was credible. No reason to believe she was really unconscious or whatever else. I'd have given her an F.
As the saying goes: If you have a problem and call the cops, now you have two problems.
Cops are only interested in arresting you, not helping you,
So she swatted the cop then threatened to F HIM UP. Sorry but she had it coming. Bad take. She was passed out on someones lawn, refusing to comply with the police and EMT. No one knows if she was dangerous.
I saw a video that said cops protect the innocent and bring order out of chaos!
Officer Easley does neither, his goals are to abuse and beat the innocent and to create chaos so he can file false charges on everyone he meets! I recommend this officer be terminated permanently by any means necessary to insure he never, ever carries a badge again!
What is that EMT’s glitch? The one on the glasses really thinks he’s hard yelling in a woman’s face. What a clown.
The EMTs started off treating her like 💩. People respond the way you treat them.
My first thought for any unconscious prone person is a fentanyl overdose. I would be scared to go near them.
People hate and despise cops for good reason.
I could make a noose out of clothing. But I can also teach you how to make a bomb out of a roll of toilet paper and a stick of dynamite.
Technically speaking, is it against the law to sleep in a ditch?
Honest question.
I feel like the framing of this video is kinda disingenuous… The EMTs were fine to let this woman go home when she refused to be taken to the hospital, and she didn't even need to go. They just offered to take her to the hospital because they have to. Keep in mind that the woman was being difficult and belligerent the entire time, and she became especially combative when they refused to let her go home. The cops didn't step in until she started to become violent, and that's when she was arrested. She had already refused to be taken to the hospital by this point, so she wasn't "denied" anything.
This is so disgusting why would she be treated this way? She’s refusing she’s stupid. I’m so disgusted already. I just don’t understand anymore.
Y didn’t they just let her go home???
Bickering with a mentally distraught prisoner is escalation.
Hey brother!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
I would have got an f as well due to her physical force and resistance. Easly was a little grouchy, but Hinkle was much better and patient.
The lady was rude, violent and didn't listen to anything, she absolutely deserved charges. That being said, the cops were way worse. Instead of simply putting her in handcuffs/leg restraints and taking her to the hospital, as recommended by EMT, they acted out of anger. They utterly failed to do they jobs professionally and she should sue.
Those EMTs were horrible! I don’t think I’ve ever seen one with such bad demeanor
Absolutely unprofessional EMT’s cosplaying as cops. This is something you see WAY too frequently: cops and EMT’s being buddy-buddy, EMT’s deferring to cops instead of advocating and properly caring for their patient.
