  1. I have a person I hate as well and I understand where this mother is coming from.
In 2018 I almost died In a car accident by a woman texting and driving. She didn’t come near me, she told the police a bunch of lies and tried to drive away after she hit me.
I have complete hatred towards her for what she did to my body. That mother is right people say things like that but you can’t forgive her. I never forgave the woman that hit me because she was so dishonest about everything.

  2. Why is emily more emotional then the biological mom in the interview process like im not sure but hinesty believe it couldve been the 8 year.old because 8 year olds dont fully understand the consequences of violent actions and with the 8 year.old having violent episodes or so called tantrums without any therapy or help and the mark of the bed side drawers and everything even with her sister just answering i dont know as she was asked on trial if she hurt her sister or so thats another thing that makes me more lean towards the 8 year old doing it but emily is also at fault like idk how the baby has brusies and all this pain and such without emily hearing her cry or so i get if she was in the backyard with her other kid but babys cry loud so i dont understand that part of it like i feel like there are some things that are left out on emilys behalf but i dont think emily was nessarely the killer so

  3. Damn this "Father" I hope he will pay in front of the Law also, just like in afterlife. How lame he must be, not to put his own child on first place. Shame on you I don't even feel sorry for him.
And this murderer witch…. there is special place for them in hell and in jail… 😉
Most of the blame is on father because he should pick more carefully. With BRAIN, Anot with… 🤬

  4. I don't know I always thought after watching the interrogation in full. After reading the CPS reports. After reading the police reports. I don't understand how they came to any other conclusion then the 8-year-old had something to do with it. There were other injuries that the child had caused before that. Where she admits to it. And I'm not talking about pushing a kid off a swing. I think in one she beat her so bad with a block she busted or orbital socket. The 8-year-old had issues like bad, now do I think that she should have been charged because she wasn't paying close enough attention even after knowing that this kid was dangerous? Yeah I do. Both her and the husband or fiance were very aware and CPS had been in and out of the home because of the 8-year-old. And you still thought it was all right to leave that baby unattended with that kid? I don't understand how she let it get to that point. She needs charged with negligence absolutely. But the husband needs charged as well. Because both of them had times where they weren't watching her around the 8-year-old child. And that's how it got to the point that it did

  5. Hahahahhahahahahahahahhaha Emily's defense attorney is really reaching with this one 😂💀💀 "tHe 8 yEAr cAvEd iN hEr sIsTEr'S sKuLl aNd fRaCTuRED hEr bONes nOt EmiLY tHE fUlLy gRoWn adULt"

  6. I feel so sorry for Anna’s mom, i can’t imagine the pain that the mom is feeling. I believe that Emily did do it and of course Emily is blaming Anna’s sister is ridiculous. I know what is like to be blame for something that i didn’t do. All of my life i was blamed for my dad having MS. I believe that Anna’s sister didn't do it.

  7. Sure, kid didn’t like that her dad was getting married. So she kills her own sister. Not the son of the woman she doesn’t want in her life. Perfect sense

  8. In my opinion, the step-mother is right where she needs to be.
The toddlers injuries do not make sense (they make more sense to physical abuse) especially when they have carpeted stairs now, I'm not saying if she fell down the stairs she wouldn't have a bruise or injury cause from personal experience with my two children and stairs she would however not to that extent and not the extent of death.
They have a baby gate at the top and a baby gate at the bottom, it's strange to me that they were open when she was there visiting since they know (since they put them there) the stairs would be a safety concern.
Honestly, I think she staged her little body at the bottom of the stairs after realizing what she just did.

I don't know the situation with the mother, if it's court order visitations or if she was in the process of stopping visit etc., cause I'm trying to understand if your children come back to you with bruises and even state that she is mean why you would continue send her back there.
As for the mothers emotion, I think she is at the stage where she is angry, she wants answers and she wants justice and more so I don't think there is anything wrong with her.

I know it's been awhile since this was uploaded, I'll see if there is a update.

    * Edit: She was convicted and is currently in prison for murder. I've read a little bit more, seen Emily's prison interview as well, and I stand by that she did it and staged it to look like a fall from stairs. I understand there are people who believe she is innocent but Anna severe injuries from those stairs, eh.

  9. If the bio mother was even the slightest bit concerned why not go through the courts and petition her concerns. She stated her daughter would come home with bruised but did nothing!! Just don’t get it.. ugh this frustrates me to no end.

  10. My child comes home with a scratch or cling to me not wanting to be with its step-parent and I would never leave her. But her mother tells the story so relaxed is disgusting and what's wrong with her father!? Poor baby girl didn't stand a chance in this life!

  11. What if the mom had the 8 year old do it and then to keep quiet. Omg idk.. idk if i think the step mom did it or not. Why would she wanna ruin her marriage that quickly . Idk…

  12. Wow. NOW that’s reaching. Blame the 8 year old. I realize there have been cases that like. But not this one. That lawyer I tell ya. How dare he use a little 8 year old who just lost her little sister. I hope that lawyer is proud of hisself. If I ever was a lawyer or even close. It wouldn’t be for the defendants side. It would be to out the defendants away. What lies by the lawyer.

  13. I feel so bad for her, I don’t beloved she did this, I believe her sister did it and the child’s mother I think she is salty about her not being with her kids father. Anna didn’t break and the call skewers she want faking, they need to let her out.. This is ridiculous this mom is trying to mess up someone’s else’s life.

  14. Curious George is a 36y/o woman magnet. Me. I am woman.
Seriously, the child was failed by all adults. How could you as a mom hear and see wrong things and still send your kids there. Also, why the heck is the stepmother in charge of his kids so much? If he didn't see the signs it was because he hardly spent time with his own kids.

  15. The justice system did her wronf. There was no proof of foul play except she didn't take her responsibility seriously. When I babysat in a house with stair I make sure the kids never leave my site and if you can't do that don't let them up and down the stairs. But this case is full of holes. The real mother just made allegation. It was all hear say and could probably be from a jealous ex- wife. I wouldn't charge her with murder though. What was the motive? Where is the proof? This is a mistrial and you can't prove beyond reasonable doubt she is guilty. I mean the most I'll charge her with is child negligence for not being able to supervise correctly under her care but being charge with murder is absurd.

  16. The Mother and 8 year old needs a lie detector test. What would be the motivation for the Step Mother to kill or abuse the soon-to-be Husband's infant? The only person who would gain from this is the Mother on multiple levels.

  17. Honestly I don't believe this woman killed this child. The problem is in America they have created a monster of a justice system that creates monetary profit for many. Thus when someone dies it is lucrative for many to find a perp and find them guilty. That is the ONLY aim of the American justice system. So when this child died even if an accident, they HAVE to and WILL find an evil doer to blame. Nothing makes sense in this…. Emily has no history of violence, the birth mother is NOT believable at all, the child has a history of climbing and was prone to falling, had fallen many times in her own home and her older sister had history of attacking the baby. The story made up about the engagement is bullshit. Doesn't take genius…. Yet another innocent person in jail, well done US justice system.
If I lived in America and someone close died I would be terrified.
