UPDATE to yesterday’s video about the incident in Huntington, West Virginia, where two women were threatened and forced to stop recording the arrest of a homeless man. As it turns out, the arrest was captured by a county surveillance camera, which shows the man’s head being slammed into the police cruiser by a Cabell County Sheriff’s Office deputy, as the actual elected sheriff (Doug Adams) casually observes from a few feet away. It also shows the Chief Deputy, Chuck Zerkle, grabbing a woman who witnessed the head slam attempting to record what was happening from a public sidewalk, as was more fully discussed in yesterday’s video. But, the video has apparently been altered…

  2. The timing of the extra stuff is weird. Like they didn't do that until the last guy to arrive could see it or something..? Did they want him to see that or just weren't concerned if he saw it..? I don't know what to make of that.

  3. Cops need to carry their own insurance for their misdeeds. Taxpayers don’t deserve to continue funding criminal behavior. If they carry authority they can carry responsibility!

  4. Yeah, and that kid in Jacksonville got his window busted out and punched in the face and the cop got acquitted of any wrongdoing. Justice? No. Thugs with guns. Yes.

  5. Police brutality before our eyes with the sheriff and his deputy there, does it get much clearer? Probably, the audio could close this case. I have a feeling it will be found, then no place to hide.

  6. When cops get jail time EVERY time they violate their Oath, the corruption will end.
As long as cops can play Russian Roulette with the public's lives and rights, the corruption will continue.

  7. This Sheriff Adams & his Chief Deputy just so happen to show up at what is a simple arrest for destroying public property? Incredible response time & personal service from this Police Dept!😮🤨

  8. Zerkle's cheeks must be clenched tighter than a pit bulls jaws now that this abuse is out in public. Very regretful day for him and his bluebells. Terrible what they did to the homeless man and then assaulting women for recording their violence. And then tampering with evidence.

  9. As someone who has lived in an area with homeless and had to put up with them, I am fully on the side of the cops here.

Buncha fucking drug addicts constantly stealing shit and causing fucking problems.

You can all hate me all you want, but eventually you will feel the same way when one of them pulls a knife on you, or breaks into your car.

  10. Since when have cops been able to tell you in to clean something up let alone trash on the street if you’re not a city employee and they did not catch you making the mess?? genuinely curious

  11. Keep recording these ignorant cops We got to get street justice out of the streets next go after the ignorant judges the people are failing the people we need to stop the tyranny they're cushy lies are coming to an end and only we the people can stop it😮

  12. Maybe Pam Bondie can investigate until the statute of limitations runs out. This criminal sheriff and his pretend deputy should be arrested. No apology, no resignation, just arrest them and let them go to jail with their fake badges. Wish Bondie would resign now instead of her being around until midterms. Just my opinion
