The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person Ryan Richards. The 54-year-old male was last seen on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. on the 28XX block of South 16th Street.
He is 6 feet 1 inches tall, light complexion, medium build, scar on the back of his head, tattoo on his left hand “Dana”, and weighs 195 pounds.
