It makes me a little sad that major networks are getting awards. They have tons of their own award shows. I'd prefer to see independent creators be honored, the ones who don't have network money behind them. Where's the awsrds for the Mandy Matneys/Liz Ferrels or the Swoops or the Emily D Bakers? This appears to just be big money getting more pats on the back & awards! Again, very disappointing!

I think it’s extremely f*cked that there are awards for this in the first place. Day after day, making money off of people’s tragedies. Everything has become so impersonal and commercialized. Gross.
