On Thursday, June 22, 2021 at approx. 7:30pm, unknown Black Female entered the victims vehicle while parked on the 1700 block of W. Diamond Street and removed 1-Ryobi battery pack, handicap placard, loose change, and a box of 500 feet of ethernet cable (spool). The incident was captured on his vehicles dashcam. The dashcam video also captures the same female trying a different car door prior to entering the victims vehicle.
- Suspect Description: Black female in her late 20s to early 30s, heavy build, wearing a gray sweatshirt, head scarf and black pants.
