A little over two weeks ago, I posted a video showing Kentucky State Police Trooper Myron Jackson wrongfully arresting a mom of three who was on her own porch, filming Trooper Jackson’s illegal traffic stop. The bogus criminal charge against the mom was dropped by prosecutors and a lawsuit was filed. Now yet another lawsuit has been filed against Trooper Jackson – this time for the wrongful arrest of an innocent Door Dash driver. I have the exclusive first look at the lawsuit and the bodycam footage. Just like the prior video, prosecutors dropped the bogus criminal charge. But looking a little deeper into the Kentucky State Police, it’s no huge mystery where Jackson learned to make these sorts of unconstitutional arrests.

Two key moment to show trooper Myron Jackson is on power trip and abuse of power first when the tyrant cop asked him where did he come from which the citizen Nicholas replied politely "I don’t answer question » and preceded by giving his driving licence as the bad cop barely looked at the licence before starting his retaliation and asked Nicholas to step out of the vehicle before hand cuffing him. The second time when the bad egg was triggered is when he asked Nicholas about his address which once again replied politely saying is [written] on his ID which trooper Jackson took as an offence and told him angrily that he is under arrest and took him to jail
As an impartial observer perhaps consider that instead of corrupt police, this is symptomatic of a wide gulf in social culture that instead of protecting civilians enforces a police state. A world where a routine traffic stop can result in being arrested and handcuffed. This is the society that Americans tolerate and enable.
