Hes nodding his head up and down which indicates his consciousness saying yes he did
After he was asked if he shot his son and then if he blew his son's brains out with a gun notice how he says "No", but his head is nodding "Yes" after both questions.
After rewatching this repeatedly, I now believe he is guilty. He did it and is mentally sick.
