The first cop is weak. The guy was trying to manuever out of the spot, away from the cop. It was obvious from the start. He wasn’t trying to run over the cop.
I'm sure there are many out there but that rugar .380.. only 2 months before this episode came out, my house was broken into by local drug dealers and although they couldn't saw into my gun safe. They managed to find my handgun that I leave out in a high place for home protection. It looks just like that rugar .380 with rose gold top.

Refuse to cooperate but then also claim the police see color and wont try as hard for their safety and security?
