7. I would be embarrassed having to chase a mini-mini van through the streets. All the police had to do was get in front of it and stop. It's almost like watching an electric car running from the police.

That van could've and should've been stopped by force using the PIT maneuver a long time ago… with that being said, the police let him "run" because those cruisers is designed and modified for these types of situations. There were a number of safe spots to execute the PIT maneuver on that van that obviously has no power and is no challenge for/against these units with advanced speed/acceleration and modified for a beating.

29. This chase was at my old stomping grounds in Long Beach, Calif. The "Traffic Circle" was where the old Circle Drive-In once stood.
