  2. When they were in the house as a medical professional I was thinking if he’s on blood thinners I would have the ambulance scoop him up immediately and get him to a ct scanner especially once they were informed there is video

  3. That man should not have been walking around and doing all that. Those officers should have had him sitting down and not moving whatsoever, head injuries can be that serious!

  4. Murder charges are based on intention. You can push someone in an argument and if they fall to the ground and hit their head on the curb and die it turns into a murder charge. But the intent was not to kill. That’s why the sentence was low. You got to be careful with physical altercations because it can cause more damage than you think.
