A camera crew saw a helicopter team trying to lift fuel up in the air to drop on the house to torch it. The fact that they saw it caused them to call off that plan. Randy was also a green beret in vietnam. 1. The Federal Marshalls trespassed upon the Weavers property, in ghillie suits, without announcing themselves. BY DEFINITION that means that, as a result of the Castle Doctrine, the Weavers were fully entitled to shoot as the 14year old son did….
