The first deposition was so alarming, this man carved a career in the law enforcement arena acquiring numerous qualifications achieving the title of Dr BUT has zero understanding on the application of his knowledge, in addition to a completely skew interpretation of the law as it's specified this is terrifying, certainly a deep dive on this man would be no doubt a very colourful history.
