12. I think that Michelle was a kid like most kids who wanted to do what she wanted to do, when she wanted to do it. Spoiled by her mother she wouldn’t accept discipline from her father. However, she was certainly old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. She should have been charged as an adult, she committed an adult crime. Society has to bear some of the burden of blame in this situation since parents aren’t allowed to discipline children in a manner that will most likely change bad behavior. Putting little Johnny in time out teaches little Johnny that there are no tough consequences for his bad behavior in fact it teaches him absolutely nothing.

Justice would of been served if that little murder Michelle was behind bar they should put Minors who murder adults to be charged and sentence into adult's prison, a daughter from hell took away a father from his two eldest daughter ? I think Michelle was manipulated by her mum since she was just a child at the time, it would have been easy to manipulate her… Michelle got away with so much because of her mum, not disciplining her daughter letting her get away with everything and anything… It's no wonder why she had a hatred for her father, he wouldn't allow her to do whatever she wanted and have a bf etc… Patricia used Michelle's innocence to make her believe her father deserved to die because he was supposedly abusive etc… So I believe Patricia did manipulate Michelle, she was easy to make her believe such things…
