1. This judge needs to understand that the issue he's afraid of, false information spread in the media without proper evidence is the only option if the trial ISN’T filmed. If it’s filmed, the media will be trying the case based on the same evidence and proper information because they’ll have seen everything. It’s counterintuitive. This needs to be something the US Supreme Court rules on to make it law that cameras HAVE to record.

2. Kohberger guilty or not, knows that theres alot of money to be made with his case being broadcast. Just not for him.

If this court does not allow the news media in, it's ignorannce is showing, but yiu know courtsvand judges do as they please! it is wrong with these kinds of cases, all trials are spectacles, we are not caring about dignafied. This is about hiding the truth. And knowing if you being judge and court and prosecutor are giving this man a fair trial.

6. I would really like to see the court proceedings in this case. But I don't think I could watch if the judges digital clock is going to be constantly blinking in the frame. It is very annoying.

Any case of this magnitude should be televised. the reason it should is that defendant is being persecuted by the media everybody believes he's guilty at this point. even if he were in to innocent and didn't get found guilty those that weren't able to hear from friends that saw this would believe he was guilty and just got off on a technicality personally if it were me I would want it televised as a defendant if I was innocent or guilty at least then I know I got a fair shake

Televised trials are not entertainment it's educational transparency and it combats misinformation and disinformation if your worried about people seeing what your doing on your phone or laptop lol don't be scrolling fb or posting or messaging while on the clock treat it as you would a job do that on lunch or break if you have nothing to hide what's the problem

I think people in this District pays close attention to this and if this judge keeps the press out he will loose the next election because people plan on seeing this evil individual and all the cruelty he’s done I believe he hurt the poor Dog in the town to and I believe that there is a connection between these killings and the killing of his soldier friend and the dog that was tortured I believe he will definitely kill again his own sister wants nothing to do with him and I know his parents love s him I believe he will definitely kill his sister and probably finish off his family he’s definitely not put together right he is missing something upstairs this is a sociopath and his family better listen closely because his next will be his sister and maybe his poor family I don’t think he’s normal his eyes look soulless so I think if that judge enjoys his job he will let Cameras in !

And he believe he did it I pray 🙏 ✝️GOD puts it on his Heart to admit to the crime I may be wrong but I think the evidence shows he did the all out killing of the innocent children and now he wants to torture the families they have suffered enough and they should turn him over to the prison open population but he will get better treatment than the guy with to many DUI he is a Coward if he did this and last time I checked we have freedom of the press he is very evil and I believe he will kill again big mistake he may be getting a lot of attention but I believe he will never get to be free if he’s found not guilty it will be a grave mistake! I’m sorry for these kids families!
