Profiling for dummies – stopped for 65/70 mph

Profiling for dummies – stopped for 65/70 mph

Sampson County, SC are investigating. Lol

Typical law, this article covers it https://www.live5news.com/2019/12/06/state-lawmakers-could-consider-raising-minimum-speed-limit-sc-interstates/

But it’s not unlawful to drive under by 5mph

this was a clear case of profiling stop. I’ll update with more information tomorrow.

  3. I got stopped in rainbow Texas by a state trooper for going into a curve that winded in a old Vw bug I hit the yellow .
And he wrote me a special ticket that cost me 550 dollars to this day I can't tell you what the fcku I did .
But I asked him twice and he rewards me with a crack across my nose with his stuff hat and told me if I ask again I was going to jail. SMH

    Cop: where you going?
Me: I'm going to do cocaine and fuk hookers
    Cop:?…..

  5. You shouldn't have given your license and should have requested to leave as soon as he admitted he had no legal reason to stop and detain you. You have up so many rights.

  6. I need a little help with a question I need to answer for my MCJ….

Administrative agencies are required to provide public access to their records, through such legal mechanisms as the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). What ethical responsibilities do employees of an administrative agency have with regard to access to information? What types of documents can administrative agencies ethically and legally keep out of the public's reach? Why would some documents be private and others public? Explain.
