Wow, after spending hours and say 50k in tax dollars the guy without any absolute knowledge of what it was just picks it up and moved it over by some locals cars.👍 I would thinkProtocol would suggest movement into an explosion proof container, before attempting to relocate said explosive in a residential zone, but hey I'm sure they're experts.
