9. He claims to have wanted to look like her & is unsure of his sexuality. Allegedly his mother knew of this & his severe mental illness yet his mother, a judge, allowed him to continue being a delinquent. She covered for him many times on theft charges, armed robbery, etc, & refused to talk to the detectives on his past crimes & his background. She needs to be removed from sitting on any juvenile justice court with children involved.

10. I saw on another channel he said his Motive was he wanted to look like her…… jealousy. But by looking at him I think its an early ruse to be able to eventually be housed with women……cuz he's a cornhole sniffer?

    No , it's not magic .
    
    The fact is the system doesnt work and it doesnt deter crime . The US has the highest number of prisons , the highest number of prisoners per capita and the highest recidivism rate . 44% return within 1 year , 76.6% return within 5 years .
    
    Norway treats prisoners the best , is based on rehabilitation , restorative justice , treating them with respect , education , job skills building etc . Research has shown that the higher the level of education, the lower the likelihood of re-incarceration. They do not have the death penalty or life sentence . Norway has the lowest recidivism rate at 20% .
