  1. Imagine how many other Medical Examiners stated things just like the prosecutions and led to someone innocent be found guilty. It's so unfortunate how many people are in jail for anything they never did. I am a victim of false charges, with no conviction bc the liar never showed for court, and It is just a nightmare for anyone having to deal with a circumstance like this. Lastly, that ex wife she sure was the nail in the coffin……some show she put on and it was clear she wasn't crying and has some screws loose.

  2. I hope he works for the innocence project because this over criminalization of our citizens only change when people of power suffer through the systems of their own bias.

  3. His second ex wife is a crazy lying psycho. You can tell she is someone who would do anything to ruin her ex husband life. She definitely makes a worst actress for her acting in court trial.

  4. The ex needs some jail time for obstruction of justice and tarnishing his image saying he's getting rid of evidence she's bitter as hell

  5. The state only offers deals like that when they know they are wrong and want to save face… sad thing is a lot of people take the deal just to be done with it! The DA should be disbarred!

  6. I don't believe he killed his wife at all. Yeah, he's not perfect and he has done things he could have done differently but a killer. No Way.

  7. I liked the friend who told the truth on the stand regardless of whose friend she was. The second wife is a terrible actress. Kudos to the jury! 💕

  8. And the best actor goes to 😅😅👏👏👏👏👏

  9. The Detective for being his first case, made a fool of himself, the State, wasted State’s money, people’s tax money…I’d hate for him to F up other murder investigations accusing him other innocent people 🤦‍♀️. Not a good Detective. Detective’s like him are why so many innocent people have been wrongfully convicted. I’m so disappointed at Dr. Michael Baden, I thought he was a great Dr./Pathologist because he’s been involved in a lot of high profile cases and hadn’t seen him make mistakes personally in all the true crime cases I’ve watched…

  10. How’s the wife! Own your own! We need to keep our lifestyle, the money and prestige you deliver to our family. If you go down, we can blame you! You’ll not take a plea you’ll face it bc if you lose your job, I won’t have the life I am living. It seems all about the money and disconnection to his innocence.
Idk if he did it or not, but a bruised lip, corruption in government and hand shakes under the table, they’ve got something to negotiate now. If he is guilty. If not, then it’s a case that needs further clarification, as the real truth of that day & leading up to it should be investigated of each connected and none connected interactions.
Do we know if the computers were checked? Hit man for hire? Dark web? Fight that day or building? So many questions…

  19. Dude took a chance he could of got out and still fought for his innocence. Innocent ppl serving life is a real problem in America damn practicing law. After 8 months of marriage I don't see her around for a life sentence. Much respect 🙌 taking that chance

  20. How in the world can someone be called an expert by saying she died the night befor yeah wait then the mother i saw that morning and her son asked if he could stay home to take care of her and the mother saying no was what an illusion? Like thats so stupid. How in the world did that states attorney think it was ok to do? They just really showed how fucked up our innocent until proven guilty is fake. Ur guilty till u prove ur innocent

  21. I feel so sorry for this man and his family. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that he was well and truly set up by someone who had been holding a huge grudge against him…. as a prosecutor he would have trodden on many toes in his career. I hope and pray that he resumes his career.
