Deputies Kevin Estep and Gurvinder Gosal of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office in California spot a male riding a bike on the wrong side of the road with a female sitting on the handlebars. Both parties were searched and questioned. Packaged needles were found in the male’s backpack. The woman was arrested for being under the influence and the man was arrested for a parole violation.
