17. Did he take the monitors home or did he relocate them to the courthouse? Indicting him for a felony offense for doing his job seems a bit much.

18. I've worked at places where you can relocate equipment as long as it is for work reasons. However, that is insane that he murdered people over it. My guess is that they knew he was insane and was looking for a reason to fire him
