   A long-rehearsed testimony from Alex. There will be problems when the accuser starts to pressurize with surveys. Maybe that's where Alex's true character will come out. I have to wonder about Buster's use in the bench row. It was quiet, not exactly echoing my father's sorrows. You would think that it would have somehow affected Buster. The script was written for Alex, who was closely followed by one of the lawyers from his background team.

    I like the judge but I don't think he should have allowed the financial corruption in as much as he did. It should have been limited. . I mean he's already been tried in the public eye now that's for sure . It's almost like double Jeopardy. Anything he says now about the checks etc will be used against him when that trial begins. I think if he's proven guilty there's a lot of ground to throw the verdict out and proceed with a motion for a new trial or to proceed with the regular appeal. I just don't think it's been a fair trial. .

    So far he's doing pretty ok no surprises. I would have ran and got a gun too to protect myself. If he didn't do it wouldn't he be scared whoever did could still be there hiding somewhere or was coming back to finish the job.
