A Kern County Deputy attempts to stop a man riding a mini-bike. The man eventually crashes into a fence and tries to run, but Deputies tackle him before he can escape. When loose pills are found during a traffic stop in Alameda County, the driver explains that she is a mermaid and they fell from a broken seashell.
