  1. How is it possible that so many people who comment still, seem to have no clue how the justice system works? They seem to think that a defendant should have no right to a lawyer working to defend them. They think that their defense lawyer is obliged to massacre their own client. ie "Ladies and gentlemen of this jury, it should be obvious to you beyond any reasonable doubt, that my client is so totally guilty, and I know you will convict"

  2. 1 ) Alex deleted all calls from his phone
2 ) Alex admitted he went for Paul's phone while his son's literal brains were blown out
3 ) Alex absolutely had NO blood on him when seen by police that very night
4 ) Alex was the only person placed at the scene exactly before and after the murders
5 ) testimony confirmed Alex voice on that recording on Paul's phone in the kennels even though Alex said he hadn't been to the kennels at all
6 ) Alex told his mother's care taker he was there for 30-40 mins but was there only 15 minutes
7 ) Alex just so happen to "leave" right before the murders then just so happen to "come back" right after the murders
8 ) Alex sold that house he wanted Maggie to sell but she refused .. so when she died he sold it by "right of joint survivorship"
9 ) Paul being wiped out also wipes out that boating accident in which Alex was being sued for millions because it was his boat that resulted in someone's death
10 ) by Maggie's sister testimony she said Alex was more concerned with Paul's court casr than the actual brutal murders of his wife and son

    Guilty? hmm

  5. I’d be shocked if they found him not guilty of the murders but even if he truly didn’t do it him self I’d still presume he paid hire for murder plot regardless I will say him breaking down on the stand like he does when asked about his son and wife being killed definitely makes it harder for the jury to decide if he was the Actual trigger puller him self

  6. The prosecution knows it has a weak case. They got nothing and it showed today by Waters questions. He knows he has to focus on the financials only! The state is making a mockery of the judicial system in my state. Pathetic and crooked, the lying to the grand jury to get an indictment should be criminal. Remember if they can do this and get away with it, IT WILL BE DONE TO YOU¡!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Listening to the prosecutor make the same argument over an over about a unrelated case was ridiculous. Yeah it show’s character flaw but you made
    Your point. Stfu.

  8. Total agree ..is it still a murder case or fraud.. what does the state want to approved. Who knows maybe some of his haters or…..kill the 👪 now they framed him

  9. This family was doomed long ago. Whether he did it or not, he’s still responsible. Here a real question… why? Why would he kill them? Because she was going to divorce him? Was Paul going to threaten to expose more secrets?

  10. here's hoping the state runs with Alex's admission of his paranoia when on drugs and how that could've easily set him off on the day that his law firm confronted him with his financial crimes.

  11. What’s taking so long here is the fact that AM has to repeat EVERY single question the prosecution asks him. I know it’s a stalling tactic or gives his lying brain time to think of a suitable answer but, just answer the questions.
He didn’t repeat any of the defenses questions.

  12. Not guilty. All day long not guilty. They left a baseball size chunk of paw paw head… 10 prosecutors on this case and that can’t come up with any proof of murder just theft…. Not guilty.

  13. Do you think the judge should have stepped down from this case due to the fact that his own adult son recently died. Would the judge feel sympathy for Alex because his son was taken too soon also??

  14. Who’s fault is it that these two new defence witnesses have only just arrived? The defence team
Who should’ve made sure they were there before AM took the stand? The defence team.
Who’s got to pay for them to stay while AM on the stand? The defence team
Their error no one else’s yet they seem to think it’s okay to break the prosecution’s questions with defendant.
