U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!

We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  2. Funny you didn't want to explain to him because it would have gone on for too long and gone off on different tangents. I think the real reason is simply that you like to do all the talking and just want others to listen. I'm not against you, I just think you're the most long winded perso I've ever heard.

  3. Disliked cos clearly that Sergeant was a nice guy. There was no reason to call him a 'HYPOCRITE TYRANT'. You've been taking a video of everyone, what's wrong with him taking a pic? He never questioned or obstructed you.

  4. He was nice cause he didn't harass you guys, BUT he really didn't want to hear anything you had to say….you would think he could stop and listen for 60 seconds…but gotta get his mail on the taxpayer dollars!!!

  5. Jason the reason they didn't like it was Not only did the credit card charge you a small fee . It charged the company. They actually lost a tiny % of sale due to what they had to pay. .. hence the charge or requirement of a certian amount.

  6. The supervisor for the police department could have been picking up department mail. He could argue that is his "official duty" for the department. Be that as it may, the law is an infringement of our rights.

  7. The cop may be a nice guy, but like most cops, he thinks that the job gives him the right to disregard the law when it's convenient to do so.

  8. Keep those silica packs from stuff you buy. Throw them in where you store your photography gear to pull the excess water out of the atmosphere. They are also good to keep in your banana safe or where ever else you might store a banana.

  9. I once mailed an envelope to the street address of someone who lived in Lyme, NH. I was so surprised when it came back marked undeliverable. I had been unaware that there were places in the U.S. where the Post Office doesn't deliver.

  10. WOW. WAY TO CLICK BAIT with that bs title. that was the nicest cop and group of citizens I've ever seen all lumped together in one video. HYPOCRITE.
