14. I think the wife can be both a battered woman and complicit in her mom's murder. Maybe a traumatic upbringing made her hateful against her mother, and end up in an abusive relationship with a murderer.

15. Info about the wife sounds suspicious. She already got a threat and didn't call police. She's outside for hours with her children as her husband is inside doing great harm to her mother.
    Either she might have had something to do with it or she was too afraid to call the police due to the bad history she has with the husband.
    Look at the looks on the husband's face in the mug shot. He was either high on meth or crack or was severely mental.

31. Not very difficult to know exactly what I would do in her position. But not knowing the size of her or him makes it difficult to say what I would do as her. He didn't look huge in his arrest photo. But one thing I do know. I'd easily give my life to save my Mom. Piece of pipe, a bat, something had to be around. 46. Completely agree with the dr. Not all of us with mental illnesses are psycho killers, most of us are not violent to others. We mostly want to hurt ourselves. I am mentally ill but i know right from wrong.
