   Why do white-collar criminals get to be out of jail as they await sentencing? Especially people like these grifters, who are severe flight risk. I'm not a law officer, but even I would think they would try to escape. These are clever people, con artists–they have the skills and connections to escape.

   The rapist should never have been released. He should have been sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole for the horrible things he did to Tiffany. That parole board should be vacated and new people appointed–they didn't do their job. Here's hoping Tiffany prevails and gets him put back behind bars where he belongs.

    State and federal law sets minimum and maximum sentences for S offenders and it isn’t near enough!! And some parole board members are too old and/or uninformed about the damage these criminals have done. If a victim unalive themselves they should be charged with murder!!

    I don’t believe the mother should be ashamed,that she didn’t notice what was going on. I’m convinced She 💯 knew and turned a blind eye for some sort of convenience to herself, whether it was financial security, fear, protecting her social standing, or whatever it was.     There is a difference between harsh and cruel. For most people living in the world life is harsh. Punishment for criminals should be harsh and harsh punishment should not be unusual. There are rocks that need to be broken ( at least 20 yrs worth). These two seem qualified.

    The FBI need to go back to the academy. I could have told them that Demitris were a flight risk. I find that they do this a lot. They also have a horrible protection for their whistle blowers that are going to testify. A lot of them end up dead before or after the trial.
