“Gypsy Cop” Moves 4,000 Miles Away, Then Does It Again

Police officer Brandon LeBlanc left Louisiana after 17 years of law enforcement experience to become a brand new rookie cop in Juneau, Alaska. But just months into his new job, a routine call turns into a brutal moment caught on camera that shocks an entire community, sparks protest, and forces the City to take action and to release the body cam and dash cam footage. Discovering the rookie officer was previously in Louisiana for 17 years, the community is left wondering why he left Louisiana in the first place…

  1. Oh, by the way, I didn't mention it in the video, but I contacted the law enforcement certification authorities in Alaska, sending them a link to both the Louisiana incident and the Alaska incident, asking if they were doing anything about this guy's certification, and also asking whether he had been given reciprocity as an officer when he arrived in Alaska, or whether he went to Alaska's police academy in Sitka. Just like the last video, no response as of yet…. This is their contact information: https://dps.alaska.gov/APSC/ContactUs

  2. This cop need to go to jail for abusing his right as a law enforcement officer. Also never be in law enforcement again. The police department needs sued. Also someone needs to check in who hired him I'm sure there was better to hire.

  3. you know in some states things are a little bit different when it comes to their what they call law but I do believe that taking something and hitting somebody over the head with it or picking somebody up and slamming their head into the ground is against the law because it's very deadly you can kill a person pretty easily that's more than excessive force that's more than lethal force in the sense of that's literally deadly force in all essence of the actions there's no authorization of deadly force here in any which way shape or form. people think about it if you were to drop somebody on your head on their head that you can go to jail for a long time for lethal Force for attempted murder on a person

  4. Being a Police Officer feels like the one job where the rules are a joke. You're only held to them if you're against the department or do something so egregious it goes to federal court. Any other job, you're expected to follow the rules or lose the job. Cops get Qualified Immunity, it's a joke.

  5. How long might it take for Brandon LaBlanc to go get another Police Officer Job, behave for a few months, until the "Newness" wears off, and then hurts a Citizen in his seemingly Pseudo "Police State World"?

  6. Simple sapien people deserve this brutality from the police force… Why do you think these people above these people always put them on paid administration leave? It don't matter if they rape or murder they will always be supported by the chief of police… They only do what they call investigations for simple appeasement purposes for the public, not a major up cry? Then no crime was committed, this country is just as corrupt as Russia we're just better at lying to ourselves

  7. even when me and my friends at age 15 knew that if we were going to wrestle, to do that on the grass. because one slip and that cement would cause serious damage. this cop knew what he was doing. he wanted to hurt someone really bad. and he knew it’s cement

  8. This cop needs to be arrested. I don't know what his problem is but he's not going to stop until he kills someone. I would be willing to bet that he will eventually kill someone even if he is no longer a policeman. He needs to be locked up.

Moving him 4,000 miles away didn't cure his violence, it only moved it far enough away so that he won't have everyone know he's compiling his violence to a very dangerous level. Thank God you expose his violence to the world through media.

  9. Does any Police Officer, at a Scene where a Bad Cop is "Being very bad", ever makes an Arrest of the Bad Cop, or at least grabs the Bad Cop and stops him from doing very bad things? Being thrown to Concrete can damage Hearing (causing "Ringing in the Ears"), cause a Concussion, cause damages to the Head and/or Neck, Paralyze someone, or Kill Someone!

  10. Corrupt police officers & politicians should be blacklisted nationwide from working at any type of all law enforcement agency or civil serves positions and never be able to offer any type of evidence against anybody else.

  11. The guy kept raising his arms in a threatening manner as he kept getting closer to the cop and no cop has to put up with that bs. Stop defending a-holes looking for trouble.

  12. Countries WORLDWIDE can't be happier watching united SHITASTES' INEVITABLE DEMISE at the hands of MAJORITY good for nothing/OUT-OF-CONTROL government's THUG$ with badge$ MANIAC$🫡🤠&RETARD$🤪SHAM/CORRUPT politician$🤡AND those protecting FAILING SYSTEM🧐🤣

    God FORSAKEN "merica"👎

  13. I just need to copy and paste from now on. ANOTHER POS power-hungry cop that should be tried for attempted murder! 99.998% of cops, are cops so they can dominate other people! They do NOT join so they can "help people". I am a WM, 61 years old, ZERO criminal record! When you lose that demographic, YOU LOSE!

  14. Officers with smaller penises, please get over it. Please, get a little therapy and abandon this self loathing that has caused you to be an asshole.
Dude, its not the meat, it's the motion.
And you crypto gay officers, Denying or repressing this kind of thing, can lead you to a very bad crazy place. Look at J Edgar Hoover.
I bet he wouldn't have said "there is no such thing as organized crime" if he wasn't a closet case. Let's not mention Idi Amin, or Lindsey Graham for that manner.

  15. Excessive yeah but seems like that lady and her old man are kinda menace to others they are clearly drug addicts and intoxicated so 3 birds one stone so to speak bad cop gone and 2 idiots got karma

  16. Just call Alaska, the Bad Cop resigned about August 30th or August 31st. When they resign, instead of waiting a few minutes or hours to "GET FIRED", seems our Country allows a "Bad Cop" to go get a Police Officer Job in some other town.

  17. You see when your police department tires a rogue cop who was let go from a different police department. It is the citizens of that community that paid a price…. Not only the unprofessionalism of the new police officer look for the civil suits that his victims will bring upon the community….
