30. I'm assuming Mr. Lewis has previously been incarcerated considering his criminal past, but It's pretty damn obvious the penal system did nothing to help rehabilitate this guy's anger issues. It should be absolutely incumbent upon the prison system to make sure violent crime offenders understand how to deal with life before being released…it should be part of a checklist that's monitored by the State to make certain there's been sufficient psychological counseling. This guy isn't just pissed off for nothing.
