What about a referendum to state constitution to recall judges in these situations..enough signatures can get it on ballot

I feel horrendous for the victims of THIS attack and anyone else he has assaulted. This guy just needs to stay in prison or in an asylum. He clearly doesn't know how to be around people in public.
