I feel so sad about the 11 year old baby and what she said to him. And the last story is so sad, how could she do that to her own daughter and was lying to people like that.

im thinking he was probably high on the cocaine and paranoid from it, when his daughter came in, he instantly reacted. Maybe he didn't do this on purpose, but the fact that he had a gun in the house and has a history of drug use really disturbs me he shouldn't have had that gun in the house in the first [place, she would still be here today. So sad
A similar case happened here in Canada, family friends of ours. We have gun laws, so they aren't often on hand. He had alcohol problems, and when his son came in through a window because he didn't have keys, dad had a hunting rifle and shot him. He died, and I had grown up with him. Shattered their family, and was sincerely a case of dad having drinking + paranoia problems after a lot of trauma. Shook the whole neighborhood. He did go to jail and served his full sentence and is out now.
This little girl is way shorter than him. im sorry, but how did you not recognize this was a child. This wasn't a big grown man or woman walking around. And he didn't know her voice or her little touch? And why lie in the beginning? I dont believe the excuse. He was running from something or someone! Something not right about the lawyer either!
