22. They have to give them pretty much everything now. They are seeking the death penalty. By Supreme Court precedent, when the death penalty is on the table, the defense has a right to ANYTHING that is needed to defend their client and fight for their life.

23. You're seeking the death penalty, but god forbid you have to do some paperwork to provide the discovery evidence you are constitutionally obligated to provide.
