He may have escaped justice this time, being able to live out his life and not to have been put to death back then, but as we can see there is no confession and repentance in him now, so he will face judgement before Jesus Christ and be sent to the lake of fire with final eternal judgement of the second death.

What they are not revealing here is that the Catholic Sherriff conspired with church officials to cover up the murder because JFK, who would be the first Catholic President, would lose votes in Texas if it were revealed that a priest murdered a young woman. The agreement was that Feit would be fined $500 for an assault on a woman in a nearby parish church two weeks earlier, and he would be shipped to a monastery, and the murder of this beautiful woman would be covered up. As a Catholic, this behavior is appalling, one wonders about the sickening hypocrisy of the Church in light of the cover up of priest sexual abuse.

I find it ironic that there is one common denominator with people that get killed. People always say the same thing, “the person was a saint or such a good hearted person.†Not that I am saying she was a bad person. But I’ve seen the same ole song and dance being said even about bad people or criminals. No one seems to care about the truth of how “bad†people are.

On December 7, 2017, Feit was found guilty of murder and the next day he was sentenced to life in prison. Feit died in February 2020.
If he killed Irene, she didn't live long enough to get cancer or kidney disease. Why should anyone care that he probably have these health issues. He should confess his sins to God and let God be the judge. I'm pretty sure Irene didn't have the chance to confess anything to God while he was killing her if he did it.

whoever the killer was, rest assured he was mentally tortured. Just like a bad childhood memory, it won't go away until you deal with it and correct it. That's why many people have trouble enjoying life in spite of all the riches they have. You don't run away from problems you made, you deal with it so it won't haunt you in the future.
