   Oh I answered my own question-
   While the terms opioids and opiates are sometimes used interchangeably, opiate refers specifically to natural compounds derived from the poppy plant, such as heroin or morphine, while opioids may be natural or derived in a lab.

   Perhaps his feet were swollen because he drank too much and his kidneys reacting to it, not a physician but that’s a possibility. Regardless that kid was rotten to the core , didn’t deserve to be killed by this monster but the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

   The worst defense team ever.

   Granted, these guys didn’t have much of a defense to put up, but they were pitiful. It was like when they took the case and saw the evidence, they figured, why bother?

   Unless…

   This was a set-up for him to later claim he didn’t have competent attorneys, and asks for a retrial.

   They’re all lawyers, and capable of everything.

    When Alex phoned the 911 call,he phoned his 2 brothers ,then his son Buster, & didn’t get an answer,why didn’t his son call back,or Alex to leave a message …Maybe Buster stole his brothers guns and was teaching his brother Paul a lesson…It was later when Buster was reached….Later…Check out the eldest son….Clear his dad….
