The NYPD has an Elite Unit (SRG1) in East Harlem illegally stopping only black motorists & searching them and Thier vehicle without owner consent….and in the process of this illegal stop, officers found something in the vehicle and arrested the guy at the scene…Any good lawyer can get this case thrown out because the stop was without propable cause which makes whatever they found in the vehicle inadmissible in Court…..#nypd
