The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following video.
On September 1, 2025, at 1:22 am, 15th District officers responded to a 911 call (person with with a-gun) at 1529 Adams Avenue. A 17 year old black male was located on the highway suffering from a single gunshot wound to his back and was later listed in stable condition.
- Suspect Description: Black male, short black hair, medium brown complexion, wearing a white t-shirt, light blue jeans and white sneakers.
