I'm all for self-defense and defending yourself from unlawful search and seizure, but if you're selling dr*gs and a felon who's not allowed to own firearms then that's your own fault and you lose that right.. If you want to own a firearm, don't commit crimes and catch a felony. I don't agree with how the police handled the case, not having a warrant for the 2nd house, but he wasn't allowed to own a firearm, and it had the serial number filed off.. All that self-defense goes out the window when you're doing illegal activities. I'm not saying I agree with how officers handled the raid, and I don't mind calling out bad law enforcement, but if you're a felon and living that life, that's on you..

13. The bottom line here is that the police had no business walking into his house with out a warrant in this situation and violated his rights by doing so. From what I was told, a woman ran up to a police officer and said there are guns in that house over there and they walked right into the house and started getting shot at immediately. I believe this was the real reason why the police commissioner quit the next day is because he knew they made a big mess that he wasn't going be responsible for. It still seem like he should be able to win a civil suit because his rights were violated but judges are such cooks these days, they would most likely dismiss his case.

I can relate to Maurice Hill, if i was in a home and police raid the house next door to execute a search warrant and try to come in my home to execute said warrant then that's trespassing, i am allowed by law to defend myself and an AR fucking15 is the right choice.
