There was a NYPD Dispatch Call about a Light Skin Hispanic Male with a female in a Blue Audi parked on 116 Street Between Park & Madison with a Gun in the vehicle….we hear through the radio that they have a car stopped on 119 Street Between Madison & 5th Avenue, so we head there and they have a Black Male in a Blue Audi being searched and his car being searched inside out…First of all, the Description is way off by race and him being alone period, yes he was driving a Blue Audi also, but the call description was way off and this car was on the road, not parked….COMPLETELY RACIST
