The horror of this story is only slightly countered by the wonderful charity who took the photos. What an unspeakable thing that other woman has done. I hope this lovely couple have re-found happiness.
Yes I think it should be legal to use someone else's baby pictures. If the child was alive and you were using it baby picture somebody else's baby pictures. My prayers go out to his family and I hope they get their pictures

What a beautiful baby. I couldn't do what they did. I couldn't go through with the rest of the pregnancy. Let her grow more just be taken away from me. I couldn't bare it. I'm not that strong. My 10 month old daughter is sleeping next to me right now I hope babies like Eden get to be angels for other babies like mine. To protect the babies of those who could not bear the loss
This is so sad ðŸ˜Â. Me and my fiance had a beautiful baby girl in 2015 and she was only 24 weeks along at the time of her birth, she ended living about 30 seconds. We were so heart broke and still are 8 years later. Now I lay me down to sleep done photos for us at the time. Early last year we where in the middle of moving and had all her photos in the purple box they gave us and we was gone to move some things to our new house and while we were gone the land lord of the apt we was moving out of took our precious Kendall's box and some other things we had there to be moved and threw them in his truck and hauled them to a local dump site and we never got them back. We ended up suing him for our loses and the fact we didn't have an eviction notice and had 15 days left on our contract made him the ultimate p.o.s we won our case against him but no amount of money could ever replace the only memories we had of her. I can understand were this couple is coming from due to our story and what we went through. We haven't ever even been pregnant since then. I hope one day we get our miracle baby.
Of course it's illegal… That's comparable to an illegal immigrant stealing an identity.. absolutely not ok

I personally think that there should be a law that no one should be able to take any picture off someone's personal site. If people are stealing your pictures off social media accounts regardless of whether the person's gaining anything from it it isn't right. This woman is pretty much stalking this babies pictures. How is that not wrong.
What a half harted attempt at contacting the woman! Sheesh. A mediocre detective could get her name and address and go personally see her.
This is a moral, but also a mental health issue. Sad.
Well yeah I wholly agree with the statements in the video and I wonder, How is this not identity theft ? Even tho eden only loved for 40 minutes that still made her a person and her identity was used by a third party

Hi yes in my oppion it shuld be Illegal to do this. And I have no children of my own yet but I will soon with my fiances daughter who is way older now but even still I find it really disgusting that there are people doing this . To me thats not right at all these kinds of people should be ashamed of them selfs and I also believe that the police should look in to this alot more insted of telling the parents that they cant do anyhing about it. To me thats so disrespectful not only to the family but also to the infint that lost her life and it goes for so many others as well. This whole thing should be inspected othereise in the near future there will so many protests about this so in my oppion they should look more into this and make it perminetly illegal and this pisses me off 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

That is quite sickening. There is definitely something wrong with her. Hopefully she does not kill somebody to steal a baby. My heart goes out to the parents of the beautiful angel.
This is a very sad story. This is the worst thing that could ever happen to a parent, my heart really hurts for them. My God how does someone do that. My my boggles.
This is horrible. My niece had this at birth: a diaphragmatic hernia. Her lungs were barely developed. She almost died but the docs at Duke were able to do surgery and save her. I was so distraught. I was driving 4 hours to their house in SC from VA and at one point I had to pull over and cry my eyes out while the song "Held" by Natalie Grant played.
I am so sorry to the parents of Eden. She is beautiful. And I'm so sorry about this person who stole her pictures. What a disgusting thing to do to a heartbroken and grieving family.😞😓😢

To go as far as getting a burial spot and hanging pictures on her wall that is just so disgusting!!!!!
There was a couple that Dr. Phil interviewed that had their twins "digitally kidnapped" this woman also printed pictures of the twins and put them all around her house, posted on social media, and even started a donation chain for "custody of the twins" as she claimed she lost custody which is why they were never around her In person..
That couple has been able to change a law regarding digital kidnapping for a few states so I hope in the future this is in all 50 states
Its Definite she was meant to be an angel as perfect as she was.

The people that's covering this story said they tried to reach out to the fake parents. Did they really? Why didn't they go to the house? Put the address and the pictures of the fake parents on blast So they could see how it feels. Just lazy journalism.
