The Ohio State Highway Patrol released video footage showing troopers arresting Eric Nardlini after finding his 4-year-old daughter in the backseat of his car Tuesday night. Authorities said Nardlini does not have custody of the Michigan girl, who told police she was scared during the traffic stop. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.

This is unforgivable. Girls need their fathers. How dare they deny him custody of that child. As matter of fact, full custody should be given to the father!

Also these comments are DIGUSTING, projecting situations that isnt about this, and just bevause you have a bad baby mom doesnt mean other moms dont keep the kids away from them for VERY good reasons. Just because he's her blood doesnt mean he has her best interest at heart (which he clearly doesnt) and does NOT mean he didnt plan on hurting her, or worse. Ya'll are sick. This is why so many women are pressured and forced into letting the dads see them anyway just for them to end up dead.

Now there's a very good reason why the mother was granted full custody of Lilly and that's highly likely because the dad poses a high risk and can not look after her properly.
Just to clarify, I meant kudos to the officer for how he spoke to the child… Not necessarily that she was rescued… But the father did have a court order… And it is true. We don't know all the facts. So it was illegal for him to take her when he had that court order.
