@Copwatchtv obtained of an incident when a parole violator was in custody of the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department. Juan Carlos Candelario was in police custody in the parole office.
Candelario decided to make a run from the police with handcuffs on. He didn’t make it far from the jail when he fell face first onto the street.
