Man, it seems like the tasers don't work at all on anyone who is on anything, and they are the ones you most need to use a Taser on.
Ive never understood why alcohol is legal everywhere, but marijuana isn't (ik its legal in some states). You almost never see someone acting like this when they're stoned. But when ppl drink that liquid courage, they get rude, aggressive, emotional, and sloppy asf.
