Halfway through the video and I see the black girl is in control. The police let her control the situation. She told the cop to let go, to get away, to stop following, said she is not getting in the car, didn’t let them search her. They submitted to everything she demanded. Those cops are trash. They should have taken total control immediately and blew off all her requests. Took a man cop to take control

God bless that kind man. That was sincerely one of the most wholesome responses to an officer delivering bad news I’ve ever seen.

The officer must have been called for a reason, maybe illegally parked or a neighbor reported something and the officer is required to investigate. All she had to do is allow the cop to clear the plates. Her behavior was suspicious and she suffered the consequences.
